Archived Rewards

The Archived Rewards feature allows you to hide rewards from the default reward table while preserving their history.

Archived rewards can still be viewed when needed, but they cannot be restored once archived.

What Happens When a Reward Is Archived?

When a reward is archived:

  • Its status changes to Archived.

  • It is hidden from the default reward list.

  • It is excluded from campaign summary analytics and the subscriber's summary data.

  • It can be viewed by selecting Show archived in Reward Logs, Group Payouts, or the Rewards Unlocked section of a subscriber profile.

  • It cannot be restored.

NOTE: Archiving a reward only moves it to the Archived status. It does not cancel, resend, or otherwise change the reward.

How to Archive a Reward

You can archive a reward from Reward Logs, Group Payouts, or the Rewards Unlocked section of a subscriber profile.

  1. Click the 3-dot menu for the reward.

  2. Select Archive.

Deleted Subscribers

When a subscriber is deleted, their rewards are automatically archived instead of being deleted.

This applies to all rewards, regardless of their current status, including Pending, Sent, Resent, Canceled, Failed, and Flagged rewards.

The archived rewards remain available when Show archived is selected, allowing you to preserve the subscriber's reward history.

Rewards belonging to a deleted subscriber are labeled Deleted Subscriber. The subscriber's basic information, such as their name and email or phone number, is retained on the reward record so that you can identify the recipient after the subscriber has been deleted.

NOTE: Rewards belonging to a deleted subscriber cannot be accessed through a subscriber profile because the subscriber no longer exists.
