Rewad Logs
The Reward Logs page provides a complete record of all individual rewards created and delivered to subscribers. This section is primarily used for auditing and tracking rewards after they have been created, including monitoring their status, reviewing details, or taking action on rewards.

On the Reward Logs page, you’ll find:
Export button → Export all visible reward data into a CSV file
Search bar → Search by Reward ID, reward name, subscriber’s name, or unique identifier
Date filter → Filter by unlocked date
Delete button → Permanently delete selected rewards
Reward Table
Each row in the table represents an individual reward record.
Reward ID
ID of the reward
Campaign
The campaign associated with the reward
Reward
The name of the reward
Unlocked Date
Date the reward was unlocked
Sent Date
Date the reward was delivered (if applicable)
Name
Name of the subscriber unlocking the reward
Subscriber
Unique identifier of the subscriber unlocking the reward (links to the subscriber profile when clicked)
Referral
Referral email or unique identifier tied to the reward
Value
Value of the reward
Total
Aggregate value of recurring rewards
Status
Current reward status
Settings
Quick actions menu (e.g., send, resend, cancel, or delete reward)
Reward Statuses
Pending → Reward has been unlocked but not yet delivered
Sent → Reward was successfully delivered
Failed → Delivery was unsuccessful
Resent → The reward was manually resent
Flagged → Reward has been marked for review before delivery
Canceled → Reward was canceled and will not be delivered
NOTES:
If a reward is manually resent, the exact same reward and notification (email/SMS) will be sent again.
Deleting a reward from Reward Logs does not affect payouts already made. It only removes the record from logs and exports.
