Single Group Rewards

When more than one reward is configured with Group Reward ON, those rewards are automatically combined into a single Group Reward.

This keeps delivery consistent, simplifies notifications, and ensures integrations work correctly.

How It Works

When multiple rewards have Group Reward ON:

1. One Group Reward is created

   • The total value of all individual rewards is combined

2. Settings apply consistently The following configurations are unified across all grouped rewards:

   1. Issue Tremendous reward

   2. Activate coupon code

   3. Apply Stripe credit

   4. Group reward delivery method

   5. Notify subscriber setting

3. One notification only

   • A single email or SMS is sent to the subscriber for the entire group reward

   • Group merge tags display the total combined value

4. Integrations

   • Stripe coupons: Only one coupon is issued for the group reward, regardless of how many rewards are grouped

   • Stripe credits: The system sums up the credit values from each individual reward and applies the total as one credit

5. Reward delivery

   • Tremendous rewards, coupon codes, and Stripe coupons are each issued once per group reward

   • Stripe credit is aggregated and applied once

NOTE: To ensure successful delivery and prevent payout issues, rewards exceeding $2000 are automatically split into smaller groups.

Examples

Example 1: Simple Accumulation

• Reward 1: Unlocks at 5 referrals → $5 (Group Reward ON)

• Reward 2: Unlocks at 10 referrals → $10 (Group Reward ON)

Scenario:

• An advocate reaches 10 referrals

• At 5 referrals, Reward 1 unlocks → $5 is added to the group

• At 10 referrals, Reward 2 unlocks → $10 is added to the group

Delivery Method: Amount $15 is reached then released

Result: ➡️ A single Group Reward of $15 is created and delivered together

Example 2: Pending vs Confirmed Referrals

• Reward 1: Unlocks at every 1 pending referral → $10 (Group Reward ON)

• Reward 2: Unlocks at every 1 confirmed referral → $20 (Group Reward ON)

Scenario:

• An advocate refers 10 people in total

• Out of those, 6 are confirmed, and 4 remain pending

Reward Calculation:

• Pending referrals (4): 4 × $10 = $40

• Confirmed referrals (6): 6 × $20 = $120

• Each confirmed referral also counts as a pending referral at first

  • So the advocate effectively unlocked 10 “pending” rewards (10 × $10 = $100)

  • And then 6 “confirmed” rewards (6 × $20 = $120)

• Together: $100 + $120 = $220

Delivery Method: Manually reviewed and released

• The account admin reviews the reward activity

• Once approved, one group reward of $220 is released to the advocate

Result: ➡️ A single Group Reward of $220 is created and delivered
